MLMMI - Machine Learning Model Management and Inference

Teaching assistant for MLMMI (course website by the instructor, Arnab Phani), an advanced course on the system and data management challenges of managing and serving machine learning models.

The course goes beyond standard training pipelines and covers model management practices such as versioning, lineage tracking, and monitoring; modern serving architectures for both traditional ML models and large language models; and emerging topics such as ML agents and inference optimization techniques.
